Return Process

  Bring your eyewear and original receipt to any Eyemart Express store within 30 days of your purchase date.

  Consult an Optician

  Our expert staff will inspect your frames and lenses to ensure they are in original condition and discuss your specific concerns.

• 3.
  Select an Alternative

  Choose a new pair of frames or lens treatment if you prefer an exchange; we will apply your original payment toward the new selection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  If you prefer a return, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding any non-refundable professional eye exam fees.
